Bulldog Bourbon Social Club Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your BBSC gear as much as you love the Dawgs — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

• You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Drinkware & Flasks (tumblers, flasks, can coolers)
• Headwear (hats) that have been worn

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@dawgsocialclub.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can quickly send a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
• We will refund the cost of shipping once the item is received.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
